Ordered a Yukon (payment was processed and charged to my card within minutes). Never received an order number or emailed invoice or ANYTHING!? Called 3-4 different times and left a voicemail each time. No response. Emailed 3 separate times and never got a response either. Stay away from Solo stove as their customer service is terrible. Not getting my money. Regardless how good the product is....I’ll make sure to put out the word that your customer support is non-existent. I normally feel for companies and empathize but not for a place as apathetic as this. FYI-Look at Breeo as an alternative.

Ordered an Solo Bonfire Package on 11/14/20. Was told to expect delivery on 11/25/20. Then received an updated delivery date of 12/5/20....no problem, I can wait a bit. Today is 12/16/20 and no updates at all! I have called several times been on hold only to be sent to a voicemail. I leave my info including my order number and have never gotten a return call. Have sent at least one email after the 12/5 date asking for an update, still no answer! I understand that they are busy but I was immediately charged for the package over $500 and I am no longer even getting updates!
Are they waiting to build them until they get orders? I’m curious why they can’t even bother to give a shipping update now........
I purchased this as a birthday gift (12/6)
Now I’m thinking it won’t even arrive in time to be a Christmas Gift. Communication is horrible!
Update on product, the Solo Stove did arrive on 12/23 and it is a great product. I was surprised to find out it was made in China, I thought I bought a TX Made Product. Solo is in an enviable position being overwhelmed with orders just think they need to communicate better.

Good product and service

I enjoy my little solo stove and recently purchased the bonfire. It works great and is easy to get a fire started and maintained. It was back ordered but arrived when expected and had no issues with shipping times, confirmation, etc that other mentioned on here. Only issue I have is I wish their accessories were cheaper or the stove came with some of them. It’s a spendy product so this would make it easier to bite the bullet when spending so much.

Solo stove titan

Great company, products are top notch.
I bought the Solo Stove Titan and cant complain so far.
Way more robust and refined than the nock off versions.

Problem Resolved!

We have owned the Solo Stove Bonfire for a year. This year, I ordered one of the new lids. Like many others here, I was charged for it, but never received confirmation, shipment notification, etc. I reached out to customer service several times and heard nothing back. So, now frustrated, I tracked down the CEO and sent him a message through LinkedIn. He responded within a couple of hours, apologizing for the lack of service, explained that they are overwhelmed with orders right now, and sent me a screen shot of my shipping and tracking info. Should I have had to go to such lengths? No. Did the CEO take time to make sure the problem was addressed and corrected? Yup. They make a great product, and they know they need to improve customer service, let's hope they get there.

They have the worst customer service I…

They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. To call is a waste of time... you hold on for 20 minutes and then the call is disconnected. They messed up my order and when they do reply via email (days later) they mess it up even more!
I am so disappointed

Horrible Customer Service

Trying to contact customer service for two weeks without success. Need to cancel the part of my order that hasn't arrived, and to return the part that has. Can't get through or get any response by phone or email.

Horrible customer service. Would like to return stove and I'm trying to get a shipping label and authorization to return. called and emailed multiple times.

The solo stove Yukon is far from smokeless, doesn’t matter what kind of wood you burn.

I should have read about this horrible…

I should have read about this horrible customer service. I have sent 3 emails, and 2 phone messages. They do not care to follow up. They took my money, but I do not have the product. I was told this would arrive Dec. 7th.

no response to multiple emails can voicemails

I placed an order on November 23, got charged for the full amount on my credit card, and received an email saying my order was shipped on Dec 2 (but there is no tracking info). For over a week, I've tried to call multiple times, left voicemail, and have already sent two emails previously. I've not gotten a single response.

Do not do business with Solo Stove

Another Update:
Would give them 0 stars but can’t go that low!!
As it turns out I was lied to again! They told me and sent me an email stating my order shipped all except the tripod and would be here today. When it didn’t show up l called was told they would check on it and get back to me. Surprise they didn’t just another lie time to file a complaint with States Consumer Protection.
Update:
I kept contacting customer service and I finally got someone to listen and was really helpful in resolving the problem. Would have given 5 stars if it would of started with the end solution.
I have owned the Solo Stove Bonfire and when I bought it the company was great to work with and customer service was great. I called them to verify that the Titian Gear Kit was in stock and available because I needed it for a trip in 2 weeks I was told it was in stock and because I live in Texas I should have it in a week. When I called to check on the order I was told it was on back order and should ship March 1 instead of November.
